The voluntary and community sector is a diverse, adaptable, caring and independent group of organisations dedicated to improving the quality of life for all people in Basingstoke and Deane. Until now there has been no way of measuring their contributions to community well being.
Merlin enables us to capture this picture and provide a central system for the voluntary and community sector to facilitate effective partnerships.
